White tea is a very subtle flavour because the leaves aren’t processed that much, and are picked when very young. It contains many of the same ingredients as green tea, including our good friend catechins.
Studies into white tea showed it can enhance weight loss and helps the body to break down fat cells while stopping it from producing more. This perhaps makes it one of the better options to aid weight loss, but it can be beneficial for digestion too.
