Organic Lemon Myrtle

This Australian Rainforest native makes a highly aromatic infusion that is fresh, uplifting and perfect for clarity of thought.

Lemon Myrtle carries healing properties, great for soothing a sore throat and has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties that ward off infection.
Lemon Myrtle also contains the highest concentration of Citral of any plant (30 times more than lemons), which has been shown to alleviate cramps, spasms, headaches and rheumatism as well as fight cellulite!

Directions:
Hot: Add boiling water to 1-2 tps (per cup), and allow to infuse for 1-2 minutes.
Cold: 
(Can also be used in other various culinary purposes.)
