Ginger

This herb has long been used for easing digestion and nausea. It also encourages circulation and possesses germ-busting properties. Enjoy this with or without honey and a slice of lemon.

Directions: 1 tsp per cup. Pour boiling water over and allow infusion for 2-3 min or longer. (Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.)
