This famous black Tea (Classifed Red Tea in China) is regarded highly for its unique taste and aroma. The palette is bold and often compared to the flavours of Whisky or cigars.
It has the similarity with Jin Jun Mei from the same region of Wuyi Mountain European was trying to imitate this particular tea which now developed the famous Earl Grey.
Directions: 1tsp (3-4 gram)per cup. infuse with boiling water for 2mins Master Note: Great afternoon Tea.
